One card per case, most recently touched first — the order the queue is actually worked in. Under each case, its full history: every signature and every refused attempt, with the time it happened and who was behind it.
What is signed, and what is only an index. The signature covers the envelope: estado_destino, curado_por, tipo_firmante, hash_contenido. The row's own veredicto, dictamen and ts sit outside it — useful for reading the queue, not evidence. Re-verify against the envelope, never against the label.
